"Customers always come up to me and share the most personal stories. Seriously, I know way too much about these people's lives. The other day a woman was looking at foot files and talking about how she needed the roughest one. She said, 'I literally have a hole in my heel.' Why do people tell me these things? I want to say, 'Okay, I may be a sales associate, but I'm also a human being. But, when I leave work, I maintain the memories from what happened in my job.
